Payment

I accept major credit cards and PayPal. (Even if you don't have a PayPal account, if you are using a credit card choose PayPal as your payment option.)

Shipping

Items are shipped USPS Priority mail or First Class on smaller items unless otherwise requested. I will refund any extraneous shipping charges if I can ship the item for less than the listing.

Custom Orders

I love custom orders.  Please contact me regarding any of your knitting needs (even if you don't see something similar in my shop). I would love to bring your vision to life.

50% of the purchase price is required upfront to cover material costs. The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipment. Upon ordering, you will receive information regarding the payment process for custom orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return to me within 10 days from receipt for a refund (minus shipping costs). Anything over 10 days, please contact me directly for options.

Custom items are not eligible for return, but please contact me to see what can be done. In some situations, I may be able to alter the item to your liking.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Sales Tax of 9.25% will be added to customers in the state of Tennessee only. The tax will be calculated after shipping.
